Marty Graff won’t waste your time by bringing you a “loose” proposal. Although it will be flexible enough to provide for material allowances and changes in brands or lines, his proposals are specific and well prepared. There is a charge for preparing a proposal, but that charge is credited back to the contract price when the proposal is accepted. When we accept a proposal fee, we are asking the client to commit to us!
