How We Work


More than 50 percent of the labor we provide is on our in-house payroll, including labor for demolition, trash hauling, framing and interior and exterior carpentry. That means we control our clients’ project schedules, not a subcontractor who forgets to show up or is delayed by a previous project.

The management team is very lean. Marty handles all administrative functions, including sales and design as well as on-site supervision of the in-house crew, suppliers and subcontractors. Marty works at the site with the crew. Lines of communication are always open, resulting in concise, effective decision-making.

Most of his projects are referrals from satisfied clients. Client relationships are important to him, and he prefers to nearly finish a client’s project before beginning another. Each client and project receive undivided attention and resources.
